Online OSHA Thirty Hour Construction Industry Training Course
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course covers thirty (30) hours of training, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), that apply toward the 30-hour Construction Industry course completion card. The course is comprised of 25 sections, each either one or two hours in length, and covers topics pertaining to regulations covered by Standard 29 CFR 1926. The successful completion of this course will help meet the Construction Industry standards established by OSHA.
OSHA ACCEPTED TRAINING: This online course has been reviewed and accepted by OSHA for online distribution. Note: This is also the OSHA 30 hour construction course required by the state of Nevada & New York City for supervisors on specific construction sites.
SELF PACED TRAINING: Sign up online, then log in and out to train whenever you want. You can complete the course over several sessions. You have up to six (6) full months to complete the course.
OSHA WALLET CARD: Upon successful completion of this course, you have an opportunity to download and print a certificate of completion. In addition, the official OSHA course completion wallet card will be sent to you in the mail.
ADDITIONAL MATERIALS: You will be sent a copy of OSHA Standards for Construction (29 CFR 1926). The book will serve as an invaluable resource for referencing OSHA standards that have been covered in this course, as well as researching regulations or standards that could help in establishing a safer workplace.
TESTING: Quizzes - All section quizzes must be completed to proceed forward to the next lesson. Final Exam - Final Exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course. The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.
